"This is a newfound favorite of mine. Since going Primal (aka following a Paleo diet) I have been looking for the perfect snack. Found it! Created this one night, loved it, and quickly grabbed the laptop and got busy typing. I hope you enjoy!!!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Wash Kale, dry completely. Then, tear the kale from the thick middle stem. Tear kale into bite sized pieces. Spread torn kale onto baking sheet, and then add olive oil, parmersan, and spices. Set pan in oven, and bake for 10-15 minutes , until kale is brown, not black. Take out, cool a little, and enjoy the delicious, healthy, low carb, Primal approved snack!
