  • Cook

  1. Mix all of the ingredients except for cheese together in a large mixing bowl
  2. (Optional) Add any color food coloring to the mix
  3. Place the batter in individual mini muffin wrappers or mini silicone baking cups and place in a steamer for 10 minutes
  4. Once out of the steamer, put a small bit of cheese on top of each puto (optional)
