"This was my Grandpa Zimmer's recipe. I have very fond memories of watching him make this sausage back in the 1960's. The smell and taste of his sausages was out of this world good.I have not used his exact recipe because of the quantity. If you do try this recipe please let me know what you think with a review."

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Stuff into casings soaked in salt water.
  3. Smoke over cherry/hickory chips on a low heat for 2-3 hours.
