  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Grease or line 6 cups in a muffin pan.
  2. 2. Mix the corn muffin mix, egg and milk.
  3. 2. Add in pumpkin.
  4. 3. Pour into muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
