  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Make Chia Eggs: 3 Tablespoons of Chia seeds + 3/4-1 cup of warm water.
  3. let sit in blender for about 5-10 minutes .
  4. Blend Chia seeds at high speed.
  5. Add raw sugar and agave into eggs and blend at high speed in blender.
  6. Add vanilla & ghee to blender and blend.
  7. In large bowl, mix flours, baking powder and salt together.
  8. Add cocao powder to flours.
  9. Add wet ingredients from blender.
  10. Mix together.
  11. Pour into an oiled baking pan.
  12. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
