  1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor, add butter and blend until looks like coarse crumbs, add buttermilk and pulse until forms dough. Turn out on floured surface, shape to 8 inch cast iron skillet. I score my dough into pie shaped wedges with a floured bench scraper so that biscuits come out in break apart wedges. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
