  1. Mix flour and eggs.
  2. Gradually add water a little at a time until a sticky dough forms.
  3. add Salt.
  4. Make round teaspoons and place in flour on the counter.
  5. Flatten and make rounds 1/8" thick
  6. Fill perogi with filling (see below)
  7. Seal using water around the edges.
  8. Boil in water for 4 min.
