  1. In a large, deep skillet cook bacon pieces for 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Stir and add butter and onions and continue cooking a couple minutes until onions become translucent. Stir and add brussels sprouts and salt. Continue cooking for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Turn heat down to medium and continue cooking another 10 minutes stirring frequently until carmelized. Serve.
