  1. Prepare the dressing - mix the mustard and wine vinegar together, season and slowly drizzle in the oil, stirring continually, to bind everything together.
  2. Taste for tanginess and piquancy;
  3. Put the potatoes, green beans, onion and the crispy bacon bits in a large Salad Bowl;
  4. Combine well together and season to taste;
  5. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and serve warm.


Love it. Full of great flavours. I even tried the dressing on my tossed salad and loved it. Will be making again Thanks Don for a great recipe.
