  1. First, toast nuts in the oven and then chop.
  2. Place flour in a large bowl and mix with baking powder, eggs, lemon rind, and salt.
  3. Add the honey & then the oil. To keep the dough soft, blend with milk.
  4. Finally, mix in chopped hazelnuts & walnuts.
  5. Make a ball with the dough, which must be flexible, and form it into individual flattened rolls. Cut these into diagonal slices & place in the oven at 180 degrees until golden.
