  1. In food processor, process cookies until fine. Add cream cheese and blend until well blended. Make into balls and place in freezer to chill. Melt white chocolate. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Dip balls and place on wax paper. Store in refridgerator, coating will get soft at room temperature.
