  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10x13 pan.
  2. First prepare apples. Use traditional baking apples (e.g. macintosh, spartan). Peel and shred using a box cheese grater.
  3. Stir in with wooden spoon the remaining ingredients. Set aside.
  4. For dough, cream together butter and sugar in mixer using paddle attachment. Beat in egg. Slowly add flour and baking powder until crumbly.
  5. Press about 2/3 of crumbly dough mixture into bottom of pan. Pour apples on top. Gently add remaining crumbs on top of apples, sprinkle by hand.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until crumble is golden brown. Enjoy!!!
