  1. No-heat "Cook" shrimp in lime juice. Cover shrimp with lime juice and let sit in bowl until shrimp turn pink: usually within 30 minutes. Don't worry it will happen.
  2. Chop onions, cilantro, tomato, cerano peppers and combine in large bowl
  3. Add Chipotle sauce, Oregano, Salt, Ketchup for color about 1/3 c and crushed red pepper for taste
  4. Finally add the cold cooked shrimped chopped into large chunks. One shrimp is usually 3 pieces.
  5. Finally add remaining lime juice and stir together.
  6. Cover with plastic and let sit on counter for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve with tostados or any other crispy tortilla chip. Also excellent with soft corn or flour tortillas
