  1. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. With a paper towel coat entire inside of bread pan (9x5) with vegetable oil.
  2. 2. In mixing bowl, using a wooden mixing spoon to thoroughly combine self rising flour and sugar then add can of beer until to a dough like consistency. (may need to use your hands as it thickens to a dough).
  3. 3. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Pop loaf out of pan asap and cool for a few minutes before serving to make slicing easier. (serve with butter)
