Add carrots, celery, scallion & garlic to your food processor & chop. Heat olive oil in your soup pot & saute vegetables for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil & simmer 20 minutes. Add beans, corn, pasta, basil & oregano. Return to boil, lower heat & simmer until pasta is done, about 6 to 7 minutes. Laddle into warm soup bowls & top with Parmesan cheese.
