  1. Brown chicken tenders in a dutch oven little olive oil and set aside.
  2. Saute carrots, celery and mushrooms for 5 mins in dutch oven.
  3. Add chicken back to pot with vegetables and then add broth. Reserve one cup of the broth and make a slurry with the flour in a cup.
  4. Add broth and flour slurry.
  5. Bring to a slow boil.
  6. Combine Bisquick with Milk in a bowl.
  7. Drop scoops of the biscuit mixture into hot broth.
  8. Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.
  9. Then cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes. DO NOT PEEK.
  10. Serve
