"I came up with this recipe using ingredients I had on hand, when I found myself craving gyros. The result was surpisingly moist, and full of delicious Greek flavor!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Place the ground turkey in a large bowl. Mix in the grated onion and garlic until well blended.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper until well blended.
  4. Add the egg/bread crumb mixture to the turkey and mix well.
  5. Blend the chopped fresh spinach, and cheeses into the turkey mixture.
  6. Lightly press the meatloaf mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve.
