"Cheesecake for those who don't like cheesecake! This recipe that I inherited from my grandmother has been a family favorite for years. My husband prefers this no-bake cheesecake to my fancy baked versions. It's easy, inexpensive, and is a light treat."

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  3. Beat until mixed well.
  4. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Top with pie filling of your choice. (Shown with cherry pie filling.)
  7. Keep refrigerated.
