  1. Mix eggs and sugar. Cook mixture in double boiler until sugar is completely dissolved. Add chocolate and stir until melted and combined. Cool bowl of chocolate in an ice water bath. Cream butter until light and fluffy. When chocolate mixture is cooled gradually add to butter beating constantly. Place back in ice water bath or refrigerate until thick enough to spread.
