  1. Separate eggs. Whip whites until fluffy. Remove to a separate bowl. Mix butter, egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, mix well then add to wet mixture. Mix until blended. Fold in egg whites. Cook in waffle iron until steam slows down. Serve warm with butter and syrup.
