  1. Add the finely chopped pecans to a large mixing bowl, add the grated Swiss cheese and crumbled blue cheese then the cream cheese. Sprinkle the hot sauce over mixture. Using your hands with plastic gloves, knead the mixture until well combined. It takes about 5 minutes of mixing. Form mixture into a ball or log shape if you prefer. Spread the medium chopped nuts on a cutting board. Roll ball over the nuts pressing them in with your hands as you go until ball is completely covered with nuts. Refrigerate for at least an hour, but the flavor gets better if it sits a day or two. Serve with wheat thins or your favorite cracker.
