  1. Combine 3 cp water, tomato, carrot,onion, garlic and stock in a pan and stir throughly.
  2. Cook at medium heat until lentils are tender.
  3. Add the remaining cup of waster if needed, along with the cumin, salt, pepper and coriander.
  4. Stir and heat until seansonings are blended in.
  5. Enjoy.
