  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cake mix, butter, 1 tablespoon milk, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Beat on low speed until just combined.
  4. Beat on medium speed until batter is smooth. If batter is too dry add milk 1/2 tablespoon at a time.
  5. Add cranberries and white chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  6. Drop dough (slightly less than tablespoon) 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake 10 -13 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets for one to two minutes before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
