Mom's Blueberry Coffee Cake - YUM!

"Delicious and moist. Pairs well with coffee or milk... or even water. This is our favorite coffee cake! We love it in the morning and as a late night snack (if any survives the morning). It's got a wonderful flavor and it smells SO GOOD while baking in the oven!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter together.
  3. Add one egg at a time.
  4. Add the sour cream and dry ingredients alternately in halves.
  5. Add the vanilla.
  6. Alternately add batter and filling to greased bundt pan using half the sugar/cinnamon mixture and all of the blueberries. Sprinkle the top with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done (toothpick comes out clean).
  8. Cool 1 hour before inverting.
