  1. Slice apples very thinly horizontally. Place in lemon water to prevent browning during preparation. With tip of sharp knife, cut a small circle around the core to remove seeds.
  2. Dry apple slices thoroughly and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Sift powdered sugar over all generously; turn over the cover with powdered sugar on other side.
  3. Place individually on dehydrator tray. Dehydrate until crisp.
