  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Flute edges of pie shells in pie dish
  3. Chop onion and pepper and distribute evenly in each pie shell
  4. Place 6 slices of swiss in each dish on top of vegetables
  5. Distribute other cheeses evenly (and to your satisfaction) on top of swiss and vegetables
  6. Mix eggs and half and half together until eggs are beaten into half and half
  7. Pour into pie shells evenly.
  8. Bake 1 hr and 10 minutes
