  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, oil, chocolate and vanilla.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Transfer to three greased 9X5 inch loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
  9. Wrap and freeze for up to 6 months.
