Super Easy Cheesy Hamburger Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Brown hamburger. Spices are important here. I like to use Worcestershire sauce, Smoked Tabasco sauce, and garlic peppercorn freshly ground and sea salt (sparingly). I would recommend about 2 Tablespoons of each sauce and about about a Tablespoon of the ground peppercorn. Mix in green chiles for extra flavor or saute in about 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil before adding hamburger to brown.
  3. Prepare rice according to directions. Brown rice gives it a nice texture and is healthier. White rice also works. Place ground hamburger and rice in 2 quart baking dish, mixing in 2 cans of condensed tomato soup and shredded cheddar cheese (2% works well and is healthier).
  4. Bake for about 30-45 minutes until mixture is bubbly. Mix in crushed corn chips before serving, if desired.
