Original recipe yields 8 servings

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce, set aside.
  2. Mix together pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs and salt. (My stand mixer works great and keeps my fingers clean)
  3. Form the pork mixture into meatballs. (3/4 inch round meatballs work great)
  4. Set into a deep pan. Pour mixture over top. (you may need two pans so halve the mixture if necessary to put between the two pans)
  5. Cook covered at 325 for 20 minutes. After 20 flip meat balls. Leave uncovered for the last 5-10 minutes
  6. Freezes well if you want to serve them for Christmas. Just freeze them in the container you plan to reheat them in.
