  1. Mix ground beef, garlic, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Roll into 1inch balls. Brown outside in frying pan.
  3. Add water, make sure it covers balls halfway. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes turning as little as possible. Too much handling will cause meatballs to break.
  5. Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce and finish cooking until temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about another 20 minutes.
