  1. 1. Melt butter, water, sugar and salt. Boil until you reach 250F stirring constantly or until hard ball forms in cold water. (Careful not to burn)
  2. Spread over lined pan with parchment paper (do not use cooking spray).
  3. Refrigerate until firm set.
  4. 2. In a double boiler melt chocolate, once melted coat toffee and immediately coat with minced nuts, press nuts into chocolate.
  5. 3. Refrigerate for an hour then break in pieces.
