  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs and 2/3 cup sugar in stand mixer until it reaches a nice smooth consistency.
  3. Fold in the all purpose flour, being careful not to lose the air that has been added while whisking.
  4. Spoon half the mixture into a greased and parchment-lined baking tray (approximately 20cm X 30cm or 8 inch x 12 inch), in four separate blobs leaving spaces between each one.
  5. Sieve the heaped teaspoon of quality cocoa powder into the remaining batter, gently folding it in.
  6. Spoon the chocolate batter into the baking tray, filling the gaps.
  7. Run the handle of a spoon through the mixture to create a marble effect.
  8. Place in a preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 180C.
  9. Cut a piece of parchment paper slightly larger than the baking pan. Grease the paper with butter and sprinkle some sugar on it.
  10. Flip the cooked sponge cake onto the parchment paper while still warm. Roll up the cake (paper and all) into a roll and allow to cool for 30 minutes. This helps to shape the cake for later.
  11. When the sponge has cooled, unroll it until flat and spread on two tablespoons of strawberry jam, and dot small spoonfuls of chocolate and vanilla ice cream randomly over the top.
  12. Before rolling everything together, smash the Crunchie bar in the wrapper to form crumbs. Sprinkle the Crunchie bar over the top, then roll it up with the help of the parchment paper.
  13. Place the arctic roll in the freezer for around 3 hours until hard.
  14. Cut into slices and serve with some sliced fresh strawberries.
