  1. In large bowl, cream together butter, oil, sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs until combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. in a measuring cup combine milk and all flavorings. Alternate additions of flour and milk mixtures into creamed mixture, starting and ending with flour. Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350' oven for 1 hour until toothpicks comes out clean. Cool 10-15 mins and then remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over cake.
  2. Glaze: In a small saucepan combine sugar water and flavorings until sugar is dissolved and mixture is warm. Pour over still warm cake.
