In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard,brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until the brown sugar has dissolved. Place mixing bowl in the refrigerator and chill.
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Combine the Ground Beef, the Eggs, the Milk, the bread crumbs, the Sargento cheese, the Chili powder, the Paprika, and the packet of Lipton onion soup mix in a large mixing bowl. Knead ingredients together until well mixed, making sure that there are no clumps of bread crumbs. (Or you can use a food processor). Grease two cupcake pans with vegetable oil and fill with the ground beef mixture, making sure to smooth it as you go to avoid air pockets. Once this is done place the pans in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and cover with the sauce. Place back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with additional cheese, and let cool for 10 minutes. Eat and Enjoy!
