  1. Cook the ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts, salt and pepper and cook, tossing, for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer for a few seconds.
  5. Serve over ravioli and sprinkle with cheese.
