  1. Mix together milk and flour in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Set aside to cool, covering the top with saran wrap.
  4. In a large bowl cream the butter and Crisco until light and fluffy.
  5. Add in the sugar until well combined.
  6. Add in vanilla then beat until completely combined.
  7. Beat the first ingredients into the second until it is very light and fluffy - about 10 minutes!
  8. Store a leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze.
