  1. Chop onion.
  2. Peel and dice carrots.
  3. Saute the onion in olive oil in sauce pan until onion is soft and clear.
  4. Add millet and sauté, stirring constantly, cover millet with oil and toast. Millet should be slightly brown.
  5. Add water, bouillon, turmeric and bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer cook for 15 minutes.
