  1. Preheat oven to moderate 180 degree.Lightly grease a 23cm(9 inch)square shallow tin and line with baking paper,leaving the paper hanging over on two opposite sides.
  2. Place the butter and 250g of dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl.Half fill a saucepan with water,bring to boil,then remove from the heat.Sit the bowl over the saucepan with water.stir occasionally until butter and chocolate have melted.Cool.
  3. Beat the eggs,sugar and ring in a bowl untill thick and fluffy.Fold in the chocolate mixture.
  4. Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl,then stir into chocolate mixture.Stir in the remaining dark chocolate and all the chocolate bits.Spread into the tin and bake for 40 mins,or until just cooked.cool in the tin before lifting out,using the paper as handles,and cutting into squares.Can be drizzled with melting dark chocolate.
