  1. Heat the the meat, onion, and garlic until browned. Once browned add 2 Tbsp parsley, sugar, basil, both cans of tomato sauce, and the can of fire roasted diced tomatoes. Heat to a boil then lower heat to med low. Let simmer for 35-40 mins then salt to taste. Now combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp Parsley, oregeno in a medium bowl then once combined add the meat mixture to the bowl and mix together. Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 oven pan with Non-Stick spray then layer in 3 pasta, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Should make 3 layers. Make a cover with tin foil and put in oven for 30 mins. Uncover and continue baking for 18-22 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
