  1. Brown chicken, onion, peppers and garlic in 2 Tbsp Olive oil. Add chilies, chipotle pepper (tear into small pieces)chicken base, water, corn, beans, chili powder, oregano and cumin. Stir flour and cornmeal with enough water to make a thin paste. Slowly stir into chili. Allow to simmer on low an hour on stove top or 6 hrs in crockpot on low.
