Place all ingredients for crust in food processor and pulse until well mixed then evenly press down into bottom of a 10" spring-form pan then chill.
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
Mix the filling ingredients well then pour onto chilled crust. Place spring-form pan on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and dust top with ground cinnamon. Cool to room temperature.

once cheesecake is cool to touch mix topping ingredients and smooth over top and glaze in oven for 5 minutes. cool then refrigerate overnight for best results
