Sausage Rolls

  1. Brown sausage in skillet, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Add seasonings and set aside until slightly cooled. When cooled, mix in cream cheese and mix well. Divide evenly into 4.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls into 4 rectangles, (2 crescent rolls together to make a rectangle). Pinch seams together on each rectangle.
  3. Spread sausage mixture on each rectangle, leaving a 1/4 inch from all sides. Roll rectangle, starting at short side, as you would a jelly roll and seal the seam. Place on a cookie sheet seam side down, and bake at 350 for 8 -10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. This can be served whole or can be sliced and served as an appetizer
