"They say necessity is the mother of invention. I had a beautiful beef brisket that I took out to defrost and I didn't have the ingredients I needed. I didn't want the brisket to go bad so I put these ingredients together that I already had in the kitchen. I was more than pleasantly surprised and I hope you enjoy it also!"

  1. Cut garlic into large chunks. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Place brisket into a slow cooker and pour your mixture over it. Slow cook for 8-10 hours.
  2. Remove after cooking and lay on a cutting board. Slice across the grain and serve.
  3. Easy and delicious!
