  1. i cooked the turkey leg in the broth for 1 hour
  2. in another pan I browned the garlic in the olive oil
  3. chopped up the greens and added the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper and seasonings and simmered for almost another hour
  4. if you don't like a lot of spice reduce the amount of red pepper you use
