  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large mixing bowl cream sugar and softened butter together.
  3. Add plum juice to cooked cereal and let stand for a few minutes before adding to the dough
  4. With an electric hand mixer beat in the eggs and cereal combining well
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the dough and mix on medium speed until flour is fully incorporated into the dough
  6. Add the quick oats and stir in with the raisins to make a drop cookie dough
  7. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and put rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes and then transfer to a cookie rack to cool
