Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sauce pan mix oats, coconut milk, 2 tablespoons half and half, sliced banana and agave. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low to medium heat. Add vanilla and agave and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Meanwhile bake chopped walnuts on a cookie sheet for 8 minutes, or until toasted. Place oatmeal into serving bowls and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkled with walnuts and enjoy!
