  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Cut butter in with a pastry cutter until texture of coarse meal. Add cheese, toss to coat. Add water all at once. Using hands, combine thoroughly.
  3. Divide dough and roll out on a floured surface to 1/4" or 1/3" thickness. Cut into narrow strips. Place on ungreased (parchment paper), bake for about 20 minutes (watch the first batch to determine time, because they burn easily).
  4. Dough freezes well.
