"This is my favorite cornbread recipe! I originally got it from my mom, who got it from her cousin, Val. I've gotten several compliments on it- especially on how moist and sweet it is. I hope you will benefit from it as much as I have!"

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. To make sour milk, put 1 1/3 tbsp. of lemon juice into 1 cup of milk and let sit for 2-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix all ingredients (including sour milk) and pour into greased 9x9 pan
  4. 4. Bake for 25 minutes or more/less.
  5. 5. Serve warm with honey, butter, etc.
