  1. Boil steel-cut oats and 2 cups each water and milk. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in mashed banana, ground flaxseed, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 cup water. Cook 10 minutes. Add walnuts and serve with maple syrup and blueberries.
