Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water. Stir to dissolve. Heat c. cheese till lukewarm. Combine c.c., sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs, yeast, 1 c. flour. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed til smooth- 2min. Gradually add enough flour to make soft dough that leaves side of bowl. Place dough in greased bowl, turn over to grease top. Cover and let rise till doubled - 1 1/2 hrs. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and divide into 24 equal pieces. Place 24 balls into 2 greased 9: round pans or muffin tines. Let rise till doubled - 45 min. Bake 350 for 20 min.
